Girls Who Code

Empowering women in tech to diversify the industry

With the support of the KPMG U.S. Foundation, KPMG and Girls Who Code are working together to close the gender gap in technology and encouraging future leaders to pursue careers in STEM.  This aligns with our vision and strategic focus on inclusion and diversity to drive innovation and equity in the marketplace and provide transformational learning opportunities for the next generation.

Girls Who Code offers learning opportunities to girls and young women to deepen their computer science skills and confidence. KPMG collaborates with the organization to provide mentoring, coaching, and networking opportunities through involvement with Summer Immersion Program field trips for high school girls and College Loops networks for women who are looking to enter the technology workforce.

KPMG is also proud to support the newly developed Code at Home program, which provides access to free online computer science educational activities to all students, educators and parents.
