Terms of Use

The KPMG Institutes program provides registrants with thought leadership content, Webcasts and Podcasts, e-mail based marketing and invitations and allows registrants to participate in research conducted via polls and surveys and to provide user generated comments in key online campaigns.  The KPMG Institutes program is comprised of a number of individual unique Institute web sites each dedicated to a specific subject matter. 

Individual Institutes are operated by either KPMG International Cooperative (“KPMG International”), a Swiss entity, on behalf of all member firms of the KPMG network of independent firm affiliated with KPMG International Cooperative, or by KPMG LLP, a Delaware registered limited liability partnership and the United States member firm of KPMG International Cooperative (“KPMG US”: and together with KPMG International, “KPMG”).

Although the privacy policies of KPMG US and KPMG International are substantially the same you should be aware that they are separate policies. KPMG US privacy policy will be effective on US sites and KPMG International privacy policy will be effective on Institutes operated by KPMG International. Registration Data and certain other information about you are subject to the Privacy Policy applicable to each Institute.

KPMG and the KPMG Institutes program reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. When changes have been made to these Terms of Use, you will receive an e-mail notification that the Terms of Use have changed and the "updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the change.  Upon receipt of such an e-mail notification, you should review these Terms of Use to be informed about the changes, including how KPMG may use your information as reflected below.  Your continued use of the Web site after any such change constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms of Use.
