Compu-Max/ProPapers is a provider cost report preparation and work paper documentation tool.

Compu-Max/2552-10 completes Form CMS-2552-10, the Medicare Cost Report for hospitals and hospital-based health care complexes. The system calculates the cost report in accordance with instructions issued by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) found in CMS Publication 15-2, Chapter 36.

Compu-Max/2540-10 completes Form CMS-2540-10, the Medicare Cost Report for freestanding Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). The system calculates the cost report in accordance with instructions issued by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) found in CMS Publication 15-2, Chapter 35.

Compu-Max/1728-94 completes Form CMS-1728-94, the Medicare Cost Report for freestanding Home Health Agencies (HHAs). The system calculates the cost report in accordance with instructions issued by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) found in CMS Publication 15-2, Chapter 32.

The system calculates the cost report in accordance with instructions issued by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) found in CMS Publication 15-2, Chapter 42.

Compu-Max/222-17 completes Form CMS-222-17, the Medicare Cost Report for independent Rural Health Clinics (RHCs). The system calculates the cost report in accordance with instructions issued by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) found in CMS Publication 15-2, Chapter 46.

Compu-Max/224-14  completes Form CMS-224-14, the Medicare Cost Report for freestanding Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) with fiscal years beginning on/after 10/1/2014. Compu-Max/1984-14  completes Form CMS-1984-14, the Medicare Cost Report for freestanding hospices with fiscal years beginning on/after 10/1/2014. The system calculates the cost report in accordance with instructions issued by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to be found in CMS Publication 15-2, Chapter 43.

Compu-Max/216-94 completes Form CMS-216-94, the Medicare Cost Report for independent organ procurement organizations (OPOs) and independent histocompatibility laboratories (Labs). The system calculates the cost report in accordance with instructions issued by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) found in CMS Publication 15-2, Chapter 33.

This powerful software tool enables hospitals to compute Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Interns and Residents for Medicare cost and compliance reporting. The system produces the IRIS disk that is to be filed with your cost report

Compu-Max/OSHPD completes the Medi-Cal compliance report for hospitals and long-term care facilities required by the State of California, Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development for hospitals (OSHPD). The system is annually reviewed and approved by OSHPD.
