Compu-Max/2540-10 system will accurately complete the Electronic Cost Report (ECR), required for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and SNF Health Care Complexes. Compu-Max is approved by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The system calculates cost reports in accordance with instructions issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). These instructions are in CMS Publication 15-II, Chapter 42, and are effective for cost reports beginning on or after December 1, 2010.
