The Compu-Max 2552-10 application completes the Electronic Cost Report (ECR), required for hospitals and hospital-based health care complexes since fiscal years beginning on or after May 1, 2010. The system is approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Compu-Max 2552-10 completes Form CMS-2552-10, the Medicare Cost Report for hospitals and hospital-based health care complexes. The system calculates the cost report in accordance with instructions found in CMS Publication 15-2, Chapter 40.
