2019 KPMG Women’s Leadership Study

The 2019 KPMG Women’s Leadership Study: Risk, Resilience, Reward explores women’s experiences with risk-taking and the impact it may have on career advancement.

Representing the perspectives of more than 2,000 women respondents, Risk, Resilience, Reward found that seven in ten (69%) women are open to taking small risks to further their career.  However, far fewer (43%) are open to taking the types of bigger risks that may be associated with career advancement.

KPMG’s Executive Leadership Institute for Women (ELIW)

Established in 2009 and designed specifically for KPMG's women and their peers in the marketplace, this professional development series equips participants with a deep understanding of the principles and practical skills necessary to become great leaders.

The program is comprised of four half-day classroom sessions and monthly facilitated discussions held in smaller cohort groups on a quarterly basis. The program is currently offered in 7 cities: Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, NYC, Philly, Pittsburgh, and Washington, D.C. We are proud that the program has been recognized by Profiles in Diversity Journal as a Top 10 winner of the 2015 International Innovations in Diversity Award.

KPMG & the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association

KPMG has been a proud Corporate Partner of the Healthcare Businesswomen's' Association (HBA) since 2012 and an annual sponsor of the Woman of the Year Event and Annual Conference.  KPMG hosted the HBA's 2017 and 2019 Building Better Business Connections (3BC) event in our NYC Heritage Center conference space.
