Resilience and Impact: The 2020 KPMG Community Impact and KPMG U.S. Foundation, Inc. Report

This past year, KPMG U.S., the KPMG U.S. Foundation, and our people provided more than $52 million in charitable donations, logged over 119,000 volunteer hours, supported nearly 8,000 nonprofits, and served over 300,000 students through our lifelong learning programs. The KPMG Community Impact Grant program was also able to provide over 800 grants to numerous nonprofit organizations that are actively supported by our employees.

Our new KPMG Community Impact and KPMG U.S. Foundation, Inc. report, “Resilience and Impact,” highlights our collective commitments and outcomes to do what is right and what matters for the empowerment of our people and our communities. We accelerated our commitment to environmental, social, and corporate governance by taking bold environmental actions and focusing on equitable access to quality learning opportunities in the face of massive disruptions in our education system.  We continued to make progress on Accelerate 2025 — our commitment to attract, retain, and advance underrepresented talent at KPMG and in the broader profession.

It is our people who are at the heart of this important work. Their active involvement and generous contributions make these outcomes possible, and help KPMG create a lasting impact, For Better.
