Dr. Tammi Redd is an associate professor of Management at Ramapo College of New Jersey. She has been connected to The PhD Project, sponsored by the KPMG Foundation, throughout much of her career – including when she was in graduate school and while obtaining her doctorate. Outside of her day job, Tammi also teaches and serves as a faculty advisor for Ramapo College’s Enactus team and for the NAF Future Ready Lab powered by KPMG.
Through programs like these, KPMG and the KPMG Foundation are focused on developing next-generation leaders by looking at an individual’s journey – from pre-K to the C-suite – and supporting them along their path to success.
As Tammi shares her story, we learn more about what it means to be a lifelong learner who is paying it forward to help others learn, grow and achieve their highest potential.
