This highly successful investment led to an increased need to expand our most senior leadership team with a practice leader who can help our teams extend our success, advance our SFDC alliance opportunities, help our teams grow, and continue to drive client transformation.
KPMG is excited to welcome Bill Donlan to our Salesforce team bringing with him more than 25 years of experience helping companies improve customer and value chain relationships through a combination of business strategy, process tuning and industry best practices, and technology integration. Bill’s industry experience spans a number of areas with specific focus on Manufacturing, Medical Device and TMT. As a thought leader and recognized authority in the market with CRM, and Salesforce specifically, Bill will bring continued innovation in delivering technology solutions that address critical business demand and provide value to clients. In this role he will continue to address our clients most pressing needs in areas like contact center modernization, field service optimization, direct to consumer commerce, and sales excellence.
Bill is highly experienced in customer relationship management software, most recently as the executive vice president in charge of the DCX/ Salesforce practice in Capgemini Application Services in North America, working closely with Salesforce. He has also worked in financial services, high technology, consumer products, life sciences and travel/transportation industries. In addition to his tenure at Capgemini, Bill previously worked at Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cambridge Technology Partners.
