The application period for the sixth annual KPMG Private Enterprise QuantumShift program, an exclusive learning and networking experience held in collaboration with the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, is now open for top CEOs. All candidates must submit their applications by March 22.
The four-day peer-to-peer learning experience provides an opportunity for the top decision makers of fast-growing private companies to learn from and work with world class industry professionals and top professors from Michigan Ross while collaborating with other leading CEOs from around the U.S. By participating, business leaders can step out of their day-to-day business environment to gain new perspectives, challenge their own assumptions and sharpen their leadership skills.
“The opportunity to reflect and learn with my peer group was invaluable,” said Geoff Bloss, CEO, BCM One. “We were able to share our success and failures and leverage each other’s experiences. It is an opportunity that many in our position do not often receive.”
To date, nearly 145 CEOs and founders have attended the program and represent dynamic, high-growth sectors of the economy including technology, consumer & retail, and healthcare & life sciences. The participants engage in robust discussions around a number of topics and key areas of focus, including harnessing the power of a peer network, inspiring culture and purpose, motivating teams and more.
“The QuantumShift program curates a group of high-growth CEOs who are at the top of their game, and helps them accelerate their future plans,” said Conor Moore, Global Head of KPMG Private Enterprise. “Time and time again, we have heard from past participants about the program’s long-lasting positive impact on not only the CEOs, but the companies they lead.”
The next QuantumShift session will take place June 10-14, 2024. To apply to the 2024 QuantumShift program or to invite a CEO you think would be a good fit for the program, you can visit our website here.
