KPMG named one of Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For

Firm marks 15th time on the list as it celebrates 125th anniversary

NEW YORK, NY, APRIL 11, 2022 – KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm, was named one of Fortune Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For. The firm, which has been named to the list for the 15th time, celebrates this honor during a milestone 125th Anniversary.

“I couldn’t be prouder of our incredible and talented people, who continue to serve our clients with excellence amidst tremendous change and uncertainty,” said KPMG U.S. Chair and CEO Paul Knopp. “Our representation on this list reflects KPMG’s desire to ensure our firm remains a great place to work and employer of choice for all of our people.”

Throughout the year, KPMG has made continuous investments to further support the mental, physical, social and financial well-being of its employees, including investing $160M in across-the-board salary adjustments for all KPMG professionals just months after instituting an enhanced Total Rewards package, which reduced healthcare costs, introduced an automatic firm contribution to retirement accounts and revamped paid parental leave.

Additionally, the firm recently announced “Flex with Purpose,” which reimagines the future of work with employee experience at the center. The hybrid model combines the benefits of flexibility with opportunities for in-person connection to build relationships, drive innovative thinking and development, and create new opportunities to deliver value to clients.

Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For are evaluated across multiple areas that are important to employees’ experience, including how trustworthy, caring and fair the company is in times of crises; employees’ physical, emotional and financial health; and the company’s broader community impact.
