KPMG has again been named one of Working Mother Magazine’s Top Five Companies for Multicultural Women -- an honor that recognizes U.S. companies that create and use best practices in hiring, retaining and promoting women of color. This is the tenth consecutive year that KPMG has been included in the Top 25 list.
Working Mother compiles this list based on its assessment of companies’ commitment to recruitment, advancement, and retention programs; hiring, attrition, and promotions; and company culture – all areas that KPMG once again scored highly.
“This honor is a great reflection of our inclusive culture where everyone has the opportunity to grow and achieve their full potential,”said Sue Townsen, KPMG’s Chief Diversity Officer. “Inclusion and diversity are at the heart of everything we do, and one of our most valuable opportunities to impact our people, and our business.”
