KPMG is the only Big Four firm to bring all of its interns together for a comprehensive national training program.
The three-day program focuses on technical, cross-functional and soft skills training as well as networking, leadership exposure and community service.
More than 1,500 students from more than 300 universities attended the training during June in Orlando, Florida. This summer KPMG interns are working in 70 KPMG offices across the nation.
James Powell, KPMG National Partner-In-Charge, Campus Recruiting and University Relations, stresses the importance of networking and developing professional relationships as an intern. His advice: “Think about the relationships that you’re building and think about the individuals that you’re working with. It’s key to have those individuals with you throughout your career.”
