The KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, a collaboration between KPMG, PGA of America and LPGA, combines a world-class, annual major golf championship with the KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit and KPMG Future Leaders Program -- all focused on the development, advancement, and empowerment of women on and off the golf course.

News media are invited to participate and cover the exciting events in the Chicago area during the week of the Championship. Here’s a preview of what’s to come:


--Monday, June 25, 2018

The KPMG Windy City Skills Challenge

Time: 3:00 p.m. - 5:25 p.m. CST: Skills Challenges & Athlete Finale. 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. CST: Media Interview Opportunities with Athletes.

Where: Soldier Field | 1410 Museum Campus Dr. Chicago, IL 60605

Phil Mickelson, Mariah Stackhouse and local Chicago athletes will participate in a series of sports challenges at Soldier Field, kicking off the week of the 2018 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. All youth will have a chance to participate in various activities and then watch their favorite athletes go head-to-head.

The KPMG Women’s PGA Championship Pro-Am

This event features an incredible lineup including 66th U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, KPMG U.S. Chairman and CEO Lynne Doughtie, and numerous LPGA players.

The KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit

The event will be live streamed in its entirety at KPMG.com/WomensLeadership beginning at 10:30 a.m. EST / 9:30 a.m. CST.

The KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit convenes highly accomplished leaders in the worlds of business, politics, sports, and the media to share strategies, insights and lessons learned from their personal journeys with the next generation of women leaders nominated by their CEOs to attend, which includes representation from more than 80 of the world’s leading brands. The objective of the Summit is to help move more women into the C-suite. Condoleezza Rice, Lynne Doughtie, and retired 4-star U.S. Navy Admiral Michelle Howard will serve as this year’s keynote speakers.
