Five days that impact a lifetime


The five days you spend at QuantumShift will be intense, interactive and immersive. The program mixes case studies and simulations with small-group exercises and peer-to-peer discussions providing critical insights, skills and hands-on experience that will enable you to have an immediate and lasting impact.

We make the most of your time each day with two learning sessions, opportunities to connect and share experiences with your peers, and access to exclusive networking opportunities, including a fireside chat with self-made millionaire Sam Zell and dinner at Michigan Stadium. The week concludes with a celebratory dinner and awards ceremony.

Tuition & Fees

The cost of the program to those selected to attend is $4,000, plus any travel expenses to Ann Arbor, MI that the participant will incur. The original cost of the program is over $10,000 which is heavily subsidized by the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and KPMG LLP as a benefit to selected participants.
