The four days you spend at QuantumShift will be intense, interactive and immersive. The program mixes case studies and simulations—based on relevant, real-life business situations—with small-group exercises and peer-to-peer discussions providing critical insights, skills and hands-on experience that will enable you to have an immediate and lasting impact.
A consistent thread throughout QuantumShift is an emphasis on Positive Leadership, an area of scholarship and research for which Michigan Ross is well known. You’ll learn to leverage your strengths to energize employees, drive change and innovation, and deliver value to stakeholders.
We make the most of your time each day with two learning sessions, opportunities to connect and share experiences with your peers, and access to exclusive networking opportunities. The week concludes with a celebratory dinner and awards ceremony.

2024 QuantumShift program begins
The cost of the program to those selected to attend is $4,000, plus any travel expenses to Ann Arbor, MI that the participant will incur. The original cost of the program is over $10,000 which is heavily subsidized by the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and KPMG LLP as a benefit to selected participants.
