J. J. is a Senior Director and founding member of the KPMG Ventures team, leading the team’s ecosystem development efforts, venture intelligence, and investment diligence. Prior to Ventures, J.J. led the development and deployment of several innovation and intelligence-focused teams at KPMG – including KPMG’s Market & Competitive Intelligence team and an emerging technology scouting function that drove firm-wide organic innovation efforts. J.J. also has almost a decade of experience in the financial services sector with GE Capital, where he gained deep domain expertise in the middle-market commercial banking space and functional expertise across FP&A and risk underwriting.
